AASP 2023 Newsletter #12
Conference Online Platform is Now Open!
We are pleased to announce that the conference online platform is now open! We will use an online platform called Whova for our event. You can access the AASP 2023 Whova on our Whova website, https://whova.com/portal/webapp/aasp_202307/, and you can also download the Whova app to access the event on your mobile phone. Use Whova to:
View the event agenda and plan your personal schedule
Access to documents and slides shared by organizers or speakers
Find who else is attending this event and reach out to people ahead of time
Plan some social activities such as a morning run, coffee hours, or meet-ups with your fellow attendees. You can even post job openings.
Receive updates such as last-minute session changes from the organizers
If you have already used the Whova app in the past, please double-check that it is installed on your phone, and log in using your existing account email and password. If you aren’t directly added to the event and are asked for an event invitation code when accessing the event, please request us to change your email address using this form: Whova Email Change form: https://eduhk.au1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_73qzAcKg9D2l8dE
Presenters can add handouts to their own sessions using their personalized Speaker Form Link. Please check your email for the subject line "[AASP 2023 at EdUHK] Your Speaker Form link to Add Handouts and Edit Profile on Whova" from firstname.lastname@example.org. Note that your Whova Session title, authors, and abstract cannot be edited. If you find any errors, please alert us by filling out this Whova Session Corrections form: https://eduhk.au1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_7VhqcAhEBZcNuF8
We hope that this conference experience will be an engaging one for you. If you still cannot find the message or have any concerns, please contact our secretariat at email@example.com.
