The countdown to our July 13-15 conference has begun! This weekend, presenters will have received an email with their final schedule assignments for their symposia, paper sessions, and poster presentations. Please email eduhk-aasp2023@eduhk.hk if you have not received your scheduled time.

 

While we prepare the full program for public view, please peruse our website to see the conference programme Overview and other details. On our website (https://www.aasp-2023-eduhk.org/), we have updated information on our Keynote Speakers, Featured Symposia, and a brief Presenter Guidelines page so that you can begin to prepare your presentation. More detailed instructions for each mode and type of presentation will be coming in the next weeks as we prepare all the final details for this Hybrid conference.

 

HOTEL: Please be reminded of the booking cut-off of June 19, 2023 for the special room rate for the Hyatt at Shatin (https://www.aasp-2023-eduhk.org/hotel).

 

RECEIPTS or INVITATION LETTERS: Do you need an official receipt or Invitation Letter? Please email the EdUHK AASP 2023 Secretariat at eduhk-aasp2023@eduhk.hk with your respective Invoice Number or Submission ID as appropriate and any information required for your visa or institution’s requirements.  

 

ONLINE PARTICIPATION: Would your colleagues like to see the presentations? Registration for online-only coauthors / audience members is still open (https://www.aasp-2023-eduhk.org/registration) .

 

The conference programme is an amazing one, and we have been enjoying the process of matching researchers in Paper and Poster Sessions and making other arrangements to help you meet new and old collaborators and friends.
